Please read this Terms of Use Agreement carefully before placing an order. By placing an order to H & T Nutritions, you submit that you have read and accepted this agreement.

Information contained on this site is intended for the sole use of individuals using the website. If you have or suspect that you have a medical problem, promptly contact your physican or health care provider.

Shipping Policy

Your order will normally be processed and shipped within the next business day. We ship via Canada Post. The shipping charge is a flat-rate of CAD $9.95 for any order within Canada or United States.

Return Policy

Any unopened item can be returned within 30 days from receipt for a full refund less the original shipping charges. You will pay for the return shipping.

If you wish to return any item you must obtain a "Return Authorization Number". Please email us at info@htnutritions.com to obtain a "Return Authorization Number" and return instructions. No refund can be processed without obtaining a "Return Authorization Number".

If you are returning an item because it was damaged in shipping or we shipped an incorrect item, please notify us immediately via e-mail. You will be refunded or we will reship the incorrect items. If you are requested to send back the damaged items, we will pay for the return postage.

If packages are refused or undeliverable, you will be refunded for the amount of the item less the original shipping cost and any additional shipping costs incurred to return the shipment to us.
